This isn't fair. They haven't done anything to deserve this. There are so many people who have, and nothing ever happens to them.
I should be able to help. After everything that's happened and how hard I've worked and all of the things I have learned ... and there is still nothing that I can do. All we can do is pray and hope the Goddesses listen. Melyndra says we cannot change their fate, but surely ... Lady Daerielle and Lady Arsele have such faith.
