The timing upsets her so. We've no one to send on our behalf, and there is no solution.
But ... when the next Council position opens, we'll have everything in place. Temples to the Goddesses and all that goes with them. Countless women worthy to sit in her place. A High Priestess, or ...
A missed opportunity is simply cause to work harder, so we won't miss the next.
